Our Home Inspection Service

• Our Home Inspection service is a visual (non-invasive) inspection of the structural elements and    systems which are readily accessible, at the time the inspection is performed.

• A professional home inspection involves a comprehensive check and analysis of the systems and    components of your home and typically takes approximately 2 - 4 hours.


What We Inspect

  • Areas Inspected on the Home Inspection
    The Exterior Temperature must remain above 65 degrees for a 24-hour period prior to the A/C unit being tested.

    You are encouraged to attend your home inspection. You can follow along and we will verbally explain what we are inspecting and what it means to you. If you cannot attend your inspection, don't worry-we will go over the entire report at your convenience and answer any questions you may have.

    A home inspection is an excellent tool for you, the home buyer/owner, to help you determine not only the condition of the home, but to also help for see any immediate unnecessary additional costs that may go unnoticed without the help of a home inspection. Home inspections are not a prediction of future performance, guarantee or warranty but can pinpoint existing problem areas.
